Founder & Creative Director

Luke is an expert in Brand Communication and Graphic Design, having worked in the creative industry since 2009. He has worked in several busy award-winning London design studios, gaining an extensive background in creating bespoke design for a variety of notable brands. Companies he has worked with include Peabody, Guinness Partnership, Notting Hill Housing, Crest Nicholson, Knight Frank, Royal Mail Pensions, The Club Company and the charity Guts UK. Luke prides himself on having an ethical approach to business development and has created purposeful brands for a variety of startup and non-profit organisations, which has led to further award-winning design.

Tania Diggory
Partner & Client Relationship Manager

Tania Diggory is a serial entrepreneur, author and speaker, who is passionate about empowering purposeful and sustainable brands to succeed. She brings extensive skills and experience in client and partnership development, project management and marketing, through her own business endeavours and as a contractor for a range of reputable organisations, such as Parkinsons UK, Black Cultural Archives and The Meetings Show. In addition, since 2017 Tania has facilitated mental health training and strategy consultancy for over 300 small to large organisations, including leading brands in the entertainment industry such as BAFTA, ScreenSkills and Beggars Group.

Stephen Boulter 

Video Producer

Stephen has worked in the video production industry since 2012. He is dedicated to producing and project managing high quality video content for organisations of all sizes and has worked with startups, small to medium enterprises, charities and large corporations across the public sector, pharmaceutical and entertainment industry. Throughout his career, Stephen has successfully produced videos locally, nationally and internationally, working with a range of clients and budgets, and building strong relationships with a network of contacts, crew and freelancers. This has resulted in the creation of powerful video content that has brought these ideas, projects and initiatives to life.

Studio Kittens

Cinnamon and Honeycomb are the latest additions to our team here at Longevity. Their day to day tasks include eating, playing, sleeping, eating, playing and sleeping some more. These sweet natured lapcats are great company for the team here at Longevity HQ, and do wonders for our mental health and wellbeing.
